Heinz Big Soup

Could someone please let me know the syn value in a tin of Heinz Big Soup - chicken & veg.

I can only find the casserole pot version on syns online, but it'll be 1 syn per 20 calories as shop bought soup doesnt qualify for free food.

Here ya go - makes it 2.5 syns per 100g so 10 syns a tin

Yeah I find shop soup rubbish, I just make huge pots of my own and store em in the freezer, its a million times yummier!
