Gone to the cupboard today to get something for my lunch and old mother hubbards cupboard is bare

Can anyone tell me the points for a full can of lentil soup please?? Fingers crossed that it's lowish coz pulling a 13 hour day today so will need to snack!

I've just done a search and it says 166 cal 0.2 sat fat - if that is correct the points would be 2.5 points on Discovery but like I say I would check the cals and sat fat on the tin. HTH.

hi its 4 on pro points as i just had it for my lunch so usually discover is half the points i think.
