Hi!
I just wanted to say hello, I am getting back on the waggon as of today. I did CD last summer and got to 9st 7lbs and a size 10..it felt great!

Things have been stressful over the last 4 months (when I have gained that stone and a bit) its no excuse and Im sick of relying on food to pick me up.

Tonight I am starting at the gym on my GP referal for exercise and am looking forward to that.

Any ways, just a quick introduction! xx

All the best. You must have strong willpower if you stuck with CD - I could never do the no food thing!
