Hello again ladies and gents I hope everyone is doing well.
I haven't been here for a while because I stopped doing slimming world, not for any reason except I had some issues going on in my life. Losing weight wasn't a huge priority for me for a while but I am back... heavier and more determined that ever
I can't afford to go back to group right now but have been back on plan for the past 3 days but I can't remember how much of the low cheese you can have as a healthy extra A. can someone tell me please? I don't have a lot of slimming world food here so am banking on a quorn pasta bake for my lunch.
