Good plan! I dont mind putting on up to half a stone while Im away as I know I'll get rid of it once Im back x

Great first day back on SW
Breakfast - mullerlight, strawberrie, kiwi & grapes
Lunch - 4 small slices bread, 2 LC lite, cucumber
mullerlight & strwberries
Dinner - Baked potato, beans & salad
Trying to remember to drink water.
Weighed myself this morning & had put on 9lbs since last at class!!
Scales had run out of batteries so had to rely on Wii Fit board so hope it accurate!! In the past it was pretty much so maybe a pound out but I'll just go by that every week so should be ok.
