Hello again

Hello I joined a little while back but have been not too good.

Am at home at the moment on annual leave but have sinus so feeling a little down. Still, I have actually been going to weightwatchers and this week I lost 1lb. Determined now to stop the messing around and to get on with it. I need a kick up the bum !! lol :)

I think writing down what I eat will be helpful. WW is a good diet if you stick to it!

(Ooh i have just spotted a robin in the garden..aah )

I never knew sinus could be so painful although i am feeling a tad better than this morning so hopefully on the road to recovery..

You can do this - post on here a lot and you'll soon be on track! Just remember how much you want to be at goal and ask yourself if whatever you're about to eat is worth delaying that feeling .... :)

Thank you everyone for your replies. I went to my meeting today and I lost 1/2lb. But you know I am quite happy with that...its got me into another number and I am now the proud owner of 2 trackers as next Mon is Easter Monday. Just got to keep away from the chocolate.......lol
