hi my names sarah iam 22 currently at 10.12half iam looking to lose a stone and a bit not shore on the exac amount but would be happy just to lose the stone to start off with and then see how i feel at that i just want to get back in then size 10jeansis anyone else starting today would be nice to no i am not going it alone has the first few days are going to be hard....i will update my profile later when i have a bit more time iam feeling up for this and i hope its worth it
