Hi

I have recently had a baby and I have 4 or 5 stone to lose in baby weight !

I have done the diet before and lost 4 stone.

Today is day one...am starving but detemined to try and stick with it.

Are there any new mums on here like me?

Hi, I have a 2yr old daughter. I lost 3 stone on LT before I fell pregnant. Ive put that back on so im hoping to do that and more over the next few months. Goodluck to you! xxxxx

Hiya I did lipotrim before my 4th child then got pregnant and put it all back on..I then did lipotrim again wen my baby was 2weeks old did it for 7weeks and come off kept most of the weight off..I'm now back on it for the last time lol and my baby is 1yr 5mnths old..good luck

My baby girl is 10 months today and I have decided that I can't not have pictures taken with her for her first birthday cos of my issues. I have 5 stone to lose. Day 1 today...feeling ok! I did lighter life before so I know what I'm in for.
