Hello everyone! I've just joined the forum in the hopes for extra support on my weight loss journey!
This is my second week back to weight watchers and I'm down 1.5lb!
It's not my first attempt at trying to lose weight I lost a stone and a half last year. However after going on holidays and meeting someone I fell into a state of bliss and comfort. Which in turn meant a few pounds crept back on. So I've decided to rejoin and finally get to the weight I want to be at and change some bad habits that I've picked up.
I've enjoyed reading alot of the posts here so decided to pluck up the courage and join in!
