I have just joined this forum but have been doing SW since 7th July. I found that anytime I searched for syn values etc it ended up on this web site so thought I would join!

I decided to join SW after giving up smoking in June. I knew there was a danger of putting on weight when giving up smoking and didn't want to put on any more weight than I already had! So I gave myself a few weeks to get used to not smoking and snacking to replace the cigerettes and then joined SW.

I'm really enjoying it so far and I'm feeling motivated to sort out other parts of my life!

Hoping to get to my goal weight by my 28th B'day next March so I can enjoy some of my 20's being a healthy weight and wearing nice clothes :D
