Hello, I'm new here, not really sure how these forum things work, so please excuse any faux pas for now! Started Lipo last week, weigh-in tomorrow. Stuck to the diet not a crumb has passed my lips, choc and strawb shakes all week. Freezing cold and totally knackered but it will be worth it I know. Did Lipo 4 years ago it was going great, so great I got pregnant for 2nd time (!), put all weight back on and more. Am really serious about losing it now. Am fine with the diet but wondered if anyone has tips for, erm, constipation????? Thanx.x

Well done with the smoking! I had my date of Jan 1st set in my mind since last November so I had a while to psych myself up for it! (And ate exactly what I wanted right up to December 31st!) xx

Cheers Ollie! Will ask them for Fibre Clear 2moz. I'm really excited about weighing-in, even though I don't feel any different weight-wise than a week ago. It would be fab if I could get to 12lbs lost coz that's 10%, but I'll be happy with anything over 6lbs for now as I have a long way to go. Off to bed as I'll be up at 6.30am with the kids. Night-night.x

Thanks for all the advice! Bought fibreclear today it was over £4 for a smallish tub but when I used it I realised it should last a couple of weeks at least so I don't feel too ripped off! I am drinking water all the time as well, must be more than 6 litres a day. The pharmacy girls are very encouraging. LOST 11 POUNDS! xx:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Hi well done on your second week and what a great loss.
How are you in the other department? I had fibreclear free from my Pharmacy, I had 2 sachets which is equivelant to 40 teaspoons, you should have had that free.
I also had the same trouble as you, but since day 6 I seem to be a little more regular, well every 2nd now day. Hopefully you are sorted. The Pharmacist told me the fibreclear wont make you go to the loo, it just adds fibre, but if I was still constipated, then I should take senokot. Thankfully I haven't had to go that far - yet!
