Hello to anyone who remembers me!!!

I've been away from here for a few weeks, had too long off the diet but i'm back with more determination. I know this a lifestyle change and in the real world we have ups and downs just like we do dieting but the main thing is i'm back here on this site and back to healthy sensible eating as that is what works for me.

Hope everyone is well and i'm looking forward to getting those scales down.

Must admit food tastes soooo much better when your pointing it as you don't taste the guilt!
