Hello everyone

I'm new here, but sadly not new to dieting!
I've been overweight since I was about 21 (I'm now 34), but I have two young children, I'm not getting any younger, and I need to get my act together.

In the past I've done Slimming World, SlimFast, and various versions of healthy eating, all with varying degrees of success. My main weakness is snacking in the evening.

At the moment, I'm doing SlimFast, and I'm finding it hard, but do-able.

I look forward to meeting you all and picking up some hints and tips. :)
