Hi All,

I start my vlcd tomorrow with a view to losing a stone by June.
I have spent 4 years and i am commited to low carb way of eating, over 3 years i lost 3 stones. But for the last year i have only maintained and cant seem to shift that last stone. Although i do a desk job i go to the gym 4-6 times a week I just cant seem to move the last stone soi have decided to give this ago.
I chose Billy's Diet as they had a range of soups and meals that are high protein & low carb, and the shake for breakfast will continue to be my optimum nutrition gold standard whey with ground flax and moringa added to it. Ive taken that combo for years and its still low calorie @ 233 cals per shake. Soup for lunch and the meal for the evening.
I am little worried about how this is going to affect my exercise regime, and feeling hungry all the time which ive read about. But its worth a try as bouncing up and down the same 4 pounds for the last year is driving me mad!!! :mad:
