Hi all! Lisa here,from the west midlands. I restarted slimming world on monday after over a year away from it. I was mortified to see that im currently at the biggest ive ever been But ive started back on the road to being slim now and im not looking back

Hi Lisa - I'm new to this site. I'm not attending a slimming club I'm as a bit skint, just trying to eat healthier foods in smaller portions, combined with a bit of exercise.

That's great that you've re-joined Slimming World - you sound very positive and determined - good luck
