Just started counting my points again, after tipping the scales at 10st after over indulging at Crimbo and knowing the older you get the harder it gets to shift, i thought i'd better lose a few lb's!
I lost nearly 2 stone 9 years ago on weight watchers, and found it really easy to stick too. So me and my other half are doing it together!

Look forward to sharing and adding to posts (something i didn't have last time)

Ive just joined the WW plan but im doing it from home and coming on here for motivation

My o/h is going to join in the new WW way with me too, which should be good

Come over to the WW section, they are a fab friendly bunch

I've just added a post over there :)
My other half is point counting too! So its good that we've got support and they won't lead us astray!! ;)

i know its alot easy cooking wise too

my o/h parents did it together and theyve lost loads of weight and do exercising together, and they said it helps when you have a buddy doing the same diet as you
