Hi all,
On medical advice I started Slimfast on Friday, I had to give up a lot of my life loves on Friday. Diet coke was another that had to go.
I have started to drink water, LOTS of water. At the moment I have seen no change on the scale, I know its only been 3 days but I feel that any weight I may have lost is been offset by the amount of water in my system - I genuinely heard it SLOSH earlier

Anyway, I'm no expert with SlimFast; but I am looking at 12 months on the plan so I hope to gain some knowledge on best practise and hopefully be of help to new starters as the months go on.
At the moment I am going HARDCORE, shake for brekkie (and a banana treat (doc says I need the potassium), a shake for dinner and a slimming world evening meal.
I'm very hungry but my willpower is holding strong, THE HOUSE IS FULL OF CRISPS AND CHOCCIES.
