Hi all, my name is Zappy, and I just joined. I came to Canada from the UK about a year ago, and after losing 38lbs with SW in the Uk I put 16lbs of it back on, so I surfed the net and found you guys. I hope that you will help and support me. I am currently tucking into a lovely crustless leek and onion crustless quiche (Green day) so I am starting well.

Hello Zappy5971 I'm another expat doing SW but in Australia! There is another regular poster on here BritMuminCanada who posts in the main Slimming World section. She posts some wonderful recipes together with photos. She may be able to help with tips on sticking to SW in Canada if there are any peculiarities!
