I've had a hectic few months but I'm finally settled in and have just gained some internet access.
I'm back to answer any fitness or nutrition related questions, so let them at me!
I also have a new website in the works, as well as two e-books that are going on sale to accompany a nutritional course that I am hosting here in Paphos town.
Anyway, its great to be back! Hope everyone is making good progress, and I cant wait to meet any new members whom I have not yet had the pleasure.
