Hi all ,
I currently and have dine for over 11 years live on narrow boat. Joined SW last year, lost 3 stone. I'm vegetarian and just found out I've got intolerance to Dairy, Wheat, Gluten, Tumeric, which I'm looking for ideas for meals as at moment my SW is purely syns .
