hi everyone, just a few words about me, i am 31 and have decided that after retaining the weight gain of 5 pregnancies i need to now get the weight off so here i am!! i will be ordering the menu from DC on saturday and am currently 15st wanting to get to 9st. i decided to join this forum as i will be needing support to help me stick to my diet!! look forward to hearing from anyone who has anything to say!! lol

TY! i do have quite a lot of patience but my kids know how to push me to the limit!! my eldest has just turned 8 so they are all quite young!
I am really excited about ordering DC tomorrow, i feel like i am finally taking control.
