Hello im new to simply filling

Hello,

I am so glad to have found this forum! I have been on ww pro points on and off for 9 months, I have lost 5 st2lb and have another 21lb to go.

I have got so fed up with points tracking, my favourite foods such as potatoes pasta and rice are so heavily weighted that I'm choosing un healthy foods with a lower pp value, I saw filling and healthy online and thought I would give it a go.

I will be logging in lots and posting as I want to get to goal before my birthday in May.

Quick question : why are shreddies not a f&h cereal? I thought they were 100% shredded wheat?

Oh that's a shame! Will have to point them until I use up the box, not wasting them now! Haha
