hello, I'm new too

Just joined in with this forum and starting to get to know my way around.

I have been dieting on and off for about 10 years now, right going up and down. 3 pregnancies have not helped. I fell pg with my 3 year old after doing slimming world. My initial target its to get the weight off that I gained then and then, in an ideal world, I would like another 7 lbs off.

I have been on the Dukan diet for the last year, and versions of Atkins for the year before that.

I have tried weight watchers and hated it and slimming world did work, when I stuck to it. I have also done versions of food combining, and low GI stuff too.

I am trying the diet chef and an hoping that will help me get a handle on my portion control and if all else fails, I will try lighter life, because of the counselling side of things.

But so far, diet chef is going well, am feeling hungry, alot, but it is getting easier and I am just trying to plan so I know I can have a snack, and when, so I'm not tempted to cheat.
