Hi everyone,, im new to this. I have been trying to lose my baby weight for nearly 3 years now. I joined ww after the birth of my daughter in Aug 2008 and went from 13st to 11 st then I got bored and until May this year I climbed back up to 13st :sigh:, so currently just now im 12st 3lbs and have been healthy eating and doing running 3-4 times per week. Im determined this time, im the big 30 this Nov and I want to be 10st for then and most importantly keep it off. Anyway thats my diet story so far in a nutshell, look forward to hearing from others .
