Hi everyone! I finished Lipotrim in October after losing 7st 2lb in 20 weeks. Since then I've been trying to get back into eating food but to be honest I'm finding it quite hard. I've put a bit of weight back on - not sure just how much 'til I get on the scales in the morning. It's not loads coz I'm still in all my smaller clothes and my sister and husband have both said they can't tell. I just feel I'd like to lose another couple of stone, I was going to start again in the New Year anyway but I've decided to bring my start date forward as I could've lost at least half a stone by the time we get to Christmas. It's kind of sad but I've missed the shakes! I love the discipline and I'm already looking forward to my 'iced mocha' in the morning! x

Welcome back Suzy. Brave girl you are to start so close to Christmas. Will you continue over the holiday as well? whatever way you are going, lots of luck. You have done so fab in the past the last couple of stone should be no problem to you. If you have been finding food hard, remember, you will still have to address whatever issues you have when you finish this time round. Good luck for restart tomorrow!
