Hiys guys, I've been a lurker for some time and I love this site. Congrats to everyone who have reached their target weight and good luck for us/those who are still on that journey.
I'm following a more vegetarian/vegan lifestyle. I'm sticking to 1200 - 1300 calories a day for now. I also use a calorie tracker so I track what I'm eating (that always works for me).
I've been down to 202 but gained it all back I really need to do this.

I don't go to the gym anymore as I start back college in September and Uni next year (with kids at home).
I bought a skipping rope and Davina's resistance board thingy yesterday lol..
I also have weights at home and a roller. Hopefully that combine with some DVD on videos online will help. My biggest thing is food. :/
