Hi All,

Just signed up for some advice and moral support. Feel I am doing ok on my quest, but, a few things confuse me and I hope to gain some clarity.

I was 16st 2lbs on the 19th July this year, I am now 13st 5lbs. I initially set myself a goal of losing 2st, but, revised it to getting my BMI into the healthy range. So, I need to be under 12st 12lbs. I have achieved this so far by cutting out the rubbish, less wine and ale, more fresh fruit and veg and wholegrain alternatives. I have also been tracking my calories and sticking to a reduced intake (initially 1800, now just under 1600).
