Im hoping to loose 6 stone ...

children and years of binge eating has taken its toll.

My lightbulb loosing weight moment has finally happened. I need a operation , and i have been told i cannot have this operation that i need now till after xmas because of my weight because they need a more experience anethestist so i have to endure 3 months of pain and lots of meds to get me thru .. I am gutted really if i was slimmer i wouldnt have to deal with this pain and i could of had my operation now.. Well never mind whats done is done and the main thing is im now taking back some control

Looking forward to making some new friends along the way ;-)

Hiya ,

No i havent decided on THE DIET yet....... I am going to just cut down for now...eat breakfast at breakfast time and 3 proper meals and no crap!
still lurking around this site for inspration
