just joined and need/want to lose weight badly.

Not sure if i'm going to follow a certain diet yet. I might just eat healthy and exercise [join a gym] and see where that gets me for now.

Also not sure about how much i want to lose, no target yet, just want to be happy with my body.

It is my birthday today so not starting my diet yet (not an excuse, it's true :bliss:)
