Hi everyone, im a newbie here. Im 30 yrs old, and i am 4st overweight. I am on the Figure Maker diet and i have lost 1 stone so far after 5 weeks. I have alot of weight to lose & my weight loss clinic is great but though id log in here for extra motivation!! :sign0144:
