Hi, guys,

It is great to be here, I see so many positive posts.. My name is Nataliy, I live in NC, and I have Hashimoto Thyroiditis, so it is quiet impossible for me to loose any weight , period.
A little about me: I work long and hard hours, and when I am home, I have planty of food and meals, it is just hard to start eating the right food, also, it seems to me, it is very time consuming to always think about what to eat next and how to manage tomorrow's menu.. I understand, I have to plan ahead, and this is not easy, sometimes... I am glutein free diet since Jan 2012, so I did not eat bread and flour foods for that long.. I am planning to stick to this one. Having hypothyroidism, I need to be on glutein free diet, unfortunately, and I miss bread a lot. I am trying to order some glutein free items, including bread online, will see how this will go... Overall, my energy is low, and I need to exercise or be more active. I am not lazy, but need to change my lifestyle in core. I need some motivation and "push forward hand..." I am taking some hormones for my thyroid and adrenal glands, and this makes me somewhat hungry. I am trying very hard, but this is not enough.. Something has to change.. I am also 45 and perimenopausal, so this does not help either.. Need support, help, and a system. Looking to meet new people with the similar situations. I am sure, I am not alone.:doh:
