Hi I'm Emma and I've been back on the dieting wagon for a couple of weeks now. I have tried many times before but have always fallen back into old ways after loosing a couple of stone.

I've recently had a health scare (unrelated to my weight) but It has given me the shock I need to shed the weight once and for all. I'm going to be doing it for my health and for a long future with my 3 children.

I need to loose around 8 stone to put me in healthy BMI range but that's a long way off so I've given myself mini goals. The weight I need to loose is only a couple of lb less than the combined weight of my children so my mini goals are going to centred around this. Hopefully this will remind me why I'm doing it and keep me on track.

So goal 1- Loose the weight of daughter 3- 21lb
