Hi everyone! I'm a newby! My name is Claire, and I was told about this site by Elle (ellebear) I've just done my first week on SW, and lost 5 and a 1/2lbs, which I'm so chuffed about! I've been trying to lose weight with Rosemary Conley for the past year, without much luck, so thought I'd give this one a go, and it appears to be working! Hoorah!!

Hi Claire, Well Done. Like you I have been doing another diet for the past 6 months (ww), also without much luck!. This is my first week on SW(day 3) so i am in the same boat as you and was really impressed to see your weight loss. Fingers crossed i will lose weight too. Are you following extra easy?

That's fab Claireybella! I can't praise it enough!! At first (11 weeks ago when I joined) I was sceptical because I didn't understand how you could eat so much and lose weight, but I'm well and truly converted now I've lost 18lb! A long way to go but I'm 1/4 of the way there so that can't be bad!! Good luck and tuck in!!X

I'm also amazed and how much we can eat and still manage to lose weight. Congratulations on your first weeks loss- may it be one of many!

Great weight loss. I lost the same first week, second week ends on Friday , i hope to loose at least 2 lbs ,fingers crossed.

Welcome and well done. I'm always curious to see how different weights lose through the plan. Do you mind telling us how much you weight? Did you exercise?
Welldone again, and feel free to refuse to answer the weight question.
No, I don't mind at all! I weighed 16st 7.5lbs, and lost 5.5lbs in my first week. Second weigh in tonight. I had one little blip but I've done a hell of a lot of walking this week so lets hope it's balanced out, and I get my half a stone certificate! :)
