Im back, joined SW last week after a 6 week break (3 for xmas and the rest because i was in hospital)
I had to re-join.
I put on 4 and 1/2lb.
This is not bad considering i was not on the plan at all.

I started back last wednesday and been quite good (apart from the alcohol) and been doing workouts (well x2 30mins)
I am now on it 100% today.

I look forward to sharing my weigh loss with you over the coming months and good luck to everyone.

If i could give you some advice it would be to go to class and never give up no matter what.
Because of the break i had all i keep thinking how much weight i would have lost by now, its more gutting than anything.
