    Hello, well I am 'biglooser' ('Cos I'm big now, hopefully going to loose weight on the Cambridge Weight Plan/Diet so that will then make me a looser!)

    One of my downfalls is Chocolate! :17729:

    But I have replaced that with Chocolate Shakes! :party0048:

    I am 19, so a young chikky really! - (Oh, and yes, I am a woman!), I started the diet on Monday 7th, so I am on day 3 now - Weigh in on Monday!

    My stats!

    Start weight - 21st 6lbs
    Height - 5'7
    BMI - 46

    1st Goal Weight 20st
    2nd Goal Weight 19 st
    3rd Goal Weight 18 st
    4th Goal Weight 17 st
    5th Goal weight 16 st

    (I'd like to loose 5 stone, then set myself new goals after that :)

    Anyone else on the cambridge?
    Anyone who started a diet this Monday just gone? 7th?

    Welcome and good luck with your weight loss. Have you thought about setting yourself smaller goals - say 1/2 stone goals? I also started 3 days ago. Well, a restart of sorts after a few weeks of lapsing.
