Over the last couple of years I've been loosing/regaining weight with a spectacular consistency I wish I could apply to weight lose!

I used a free calorie counting website called food focus for a while and lost about half a stone and more recently I lost about the same training to jog for race for life but I didn't manage to stick to either and I'm back to my 13 stone point that I seem to love so much! hehe

I'm feeling a little bit unmotivated now because I keep messing up so I'm going to try something I wouldn't normally have considered and give a diet pill a go. I don't really know what to expect and I was thinking of keeping a blog. I wanted to check if I can name a commercial product and talk about how I am getting on with it?

Looking forward to hearing everyone's stories and I'm sure it will help me get that inspiration back!

I can't help you much with the rules of mentioning commercial brands I'm afraid, but it's lovely to have you on board, and I'm sure you will find support here to help you on your way. I've been calorie counting using the foodfocus website now for just over 2 months, and have been losing weight, a little every week, ever since! I'm thrilled I took the decision to change, only wish I could get the same enthusiasm for exercise that you managed while training for the race for life. Well done!!!
Depends on what the drug is, is it on prescription or from a Chemist? As Irene says, most weight loss techniques have a forum of their own on here, have a look. Oh and welcome and good luck,

Hello, thanks very much!
It's a hoodia gordonii pill I'm taking, not from a prescription. I didn't think I could see a section for it but I'm going to go have a poke around :)
No, I read around it alot and checked out the seller as much as possible. I've been taking it now for almost a week, I've been snacking less and having smaller dinner portions but it could well be a placebo effect. I've also been drinking more water which helps keep me full so I don't know. I'll keep going and make my mind up after a few weeks! I must admit, I feel a little bit nuts for actually buying it but at the very least I'm riding the placebo wave for now!
