Hi Carrie, good to "see" you! I'm on Exante now but I still check on here from time to time to catch up with everyone. Our BMIs look fairly similar now - now too far to go to be "healthy"!

It's fine, I'm still "in the zone" with VLCD so I'll stick with it for now. I think I'll know when the time's right for RTM
