Hi all,

Have always been a ww fan and lost weight after having both my children. I am not hugely overweight - more chunky andd have been faffing with 10lbs for about 12 months.

This time I have decided to do slimming world, fancied a change from "points". I started nearly 2 weeks ago and am 4lbs down already!!! :D:D:D:D:D

Its quite tough getting my head around syns after doing points - but the thing I woud say is I am eating much more good food on sw than I did on ww. :p

I need to find some nice low sin puds!!! :D

Am not going to a meeting - just using books I have borrowed!!!

Looking forward to getting to know people here!!!

Welcome K, I've never done SW but there is a section on these boards for it :) Good luck with getting rid of the other 6lbs, doesn't sound like it'll take you long!
