My name is Angela, i tried CWP a few years back, but mucked about so much cheating on/off etc that I wasn't very good and only lost a couple of stone.
I restarted at the beginning of March with a fab new Consultant, and have now lost just over 5 stone. My heaviest was 21st 3, and my goal is 9st 3.
The best thing this time is im sooo motivated, id love to become a consultant and help others, and i also have my Sister in law and 2 Nieces doing the diet too, so we can all help each other out and understand what we are going through!
Anyway, been reading posts for a while so thought now its time to start posting myself!
Looking forward to finishing my journey to slimdom with you all.
