Hi I'm new to this forum and in desperate need to lose weight I'm getting married in February 2012 and need to lose 5 stone I'm not sure which diet suits me so I think I might stay at calorie counting I know where I am with that.but I do have books for ww I wouldn't mind looking at sw as well xx
