Hi thought it was time to introduce myself to the community.
I have over the past year received lots of great tips and info from this community and felt it was time to take the plunge and join.
I started on weight watchers in September last year. I reached my goal in March this year and have been successful in maintaining and losing a little extra.
However, as of the last few months I have found it a little difficult. I know im not hungry, but in my head I suppose I am. So, having gained near enough 6lbs in the last 2/3 months, I want to nip that in the bud and get back on track.
Looking forward to reading all the great tips etc.
