hi ...good to be here and get motivated all the more...i started the cd about 2 weeks ago ..im on a 3 cd plan for bfast , lunch n evening snack with a high protein light fat free meal for dinner of either egg whites or grilled chicken or fish with a small bowl of veggies or salad.
in the 1st week i lost 3kgs:D and now when the week 2 is coming to an end tomorrow ..im wondering what happened as ive lost only about 1kg till now :sigh:

has anyone too had issues in the 2nd week ...does it slow down...in just doing mild exercise of training 2 times a week and walking about 4 kms in the evening...will soon start my crosstrainer and hope thats its paced up then...
all ideas are more than welcome...and wish each one here ...a lot of luck in being a slimmer you ..soooonnn.

Well I have been a ww for years now and advice I have picked up is:
if you exercise too much it can hinder weightloss as the muscles retain water to recover,
also: the body will cling to any food you consume when you exercise as it will assume you are starving.
I'm not saying its the reason, but thought id share x
