Hello everyone, Newbie here - I did Weight Watchers when I was 21, convinced I was overweight at 11 stone :eyeroll:
Now I'm 14 stone after 9 years of sedentary desk jobs, and getting sick of feeling lardy. I used to be really active (not especially fit, just out lots on my bike) but as the years passed and bouts of depression came and went, I stopped going out for rides. Now I'm a mature student at uni in London and surrounded by skinny young things all day, hehe... time to stop feeling sorry for myself, get off my arse and sort my weight out.
Anyway, a bit of research on diets to do now! Thanks to everyone for making this site such a friendly place, I don't normally join forums but you guys seem like lovely people
