I've been following slimming world for the past 3 weeks, but I've been finding it difficult as I'm not a huge fan of veg and keep getting told to make the most out of SW you're supposed to have 1/3 veg with each meal. I've lost 8 lb in the past few weeks, I just find it an inconvenience trying to compensate for not eating veg, and I'm still hungry after most meals.

Spoke to my friend about this (who also does not like veg), she is doing WW pro points and has been extremely successful so far. So I've decided to give it a shot! Doing it from home - looking up pro point values on websites. Using the 29 per day and 49 weeklies.

Been recording what I've eaten for the past few days.. feel free to correct me if any of the points are wrong!

Saturday
2 slices wholemeal bread - 3
Small tin of spaghetti hoops - 3

Hartley's sugar free jelly - 0
2 finger kit kat - 3
Snack a jacks 22g bag - 2

Bowl of pasta and homemade tomato sauce - 6 (I think - not sure what it was cooked with the boyfriends mum made it!)

Total - 17


Sunday
McDonald's breakfast wrap (oops) - 18 I think

Hartley's sugar free jelly - 0

Batchelors pasta pot shot (chicken) - 5
Snack a jacks 22g bag - 2

Total - 25


Monday
2 slices wholemeal bread - 3
Muller light vanilla yoghurt - 2

Mugshot tomato & herb - 6 (I think)
Two ryvita (1) with low fat spread (1)
Snack a jacks 22g bag - 2

150g roast potatoes (3), fry light (0)
2 yorkshire puddings - 2
1 chicken breast (4) in maggi so juicy herbs & spices (1/2 pack - 1)
Oxo gravy - 0

2 squares of dairy milk - 2
