Hello everyone. I have just began trying to eat better and hopefully lose some weight.

I originally started 2 years ago and went from a size 18 to a size 12. However I have since let things slip and my size 14 clothes are getting tight so I have decided to get back on the horse.

I currently weigh 161 pounds and at my lowest I was 132 so that is my aim again.

I'm not on any particular plan but will eat better and exercise for 30 mins 5 times a week.

You did really well last time & I'm sure you'll get back down there again soon. This s a great site & I'm sure you'll get lots of tips & encouragement.
