I'm coming over from slimming world to join u all here permanently :)

A little about me-I'm 29 (30 in 6 weeks) and had lost 6st 13.5lb (3st on sw and the rest primal) have been off track for a week or 2 so have slipped a whopping amount back on but hoping to shift it back off quickly.

I also intermittently fast for 14-16 hours at a time.

I still go to sw meetings for the support but also go to a 'bootcamp' and my trainer has us following a primal diet.

I'm fed up of trying to think in the sw and primal way so have made the decision to go strictly primal cos that gives me the best weightloss.

Soooo I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and sharing recipes,losses and supporting each other to our goals xx
 
Hello, I'm new here, started on tue. It seems a lot of trainers are recommending primal. Well done on your weight loss so far, you are doing fab!

Training & Paleo goes hand in hand, it's perfect for fat loss so we keep a better body shape/look. Instead of loosing just water and wasting away muscle!
