I have just joined this forum. I am not sure what to expect but hoping that I can find some support and motivation to help me lose my excess 3.5 stone. I am 50 and I live in Southern Spain so no Slimming World groups here. I tried doing it online at the start of this year. It took me ages to lose 10lbs which I then put on again over the summer. I have to succeed this time so hoping I will find encouragement x
