I am new to this forum! Following weightwatchers diet and as a bit of a history, I have basically been to WW often, as well as Slimming World. I have tried Rosemary Conley and good old fashioned calorie counting.

The time has come now to stop messing around and stick to a diet that I know will work as its worked before. I have been going to my current WW class since Feb last year . To say its been slow is nothing short of an understadment and in all that time I had lost around 8lbs.

Well I went to be weighed today and have lost 6.51bs!! No one was more surprised than me - being ill probably helped over Xmas ..lol

So currently since I rejoined WW last year my weight loss is now 1st 1.5lbs
