Hellooo I'm new :D

Hi everyone, just thought I'd say hello as I'm new here. I'm starting Exante Total Solution when my order arrives and want to lose about 5 stone. I had depression and put on weight which now, especially as I am getting married next June, I want and am ready to do something about.

Im a little scared about going on a VLCD but I hope I'll be fine, I can be a little funny about the way things taste but I'm sure I'll get used to it!

Anywho hello to everyone, this looks like a really great and supportive forum.
