Hi all,

really need some advice. yesterday was my weigh in, lost a pound.
had 19 points left over after my meeting last night and had dixie chicken which inc a drumstick, 3 wings and fries, also had 4 smarties large cookies.... do u think this was within 19 points! Also shared chips and a naan with mixed kebab meat with my partner.Today had a mad splurge and ended up having the same Dixie meal plus 6 slices of pizza this evening. SHOULD I START AFRESH TOMORROW MORNING AND NOT HAVE MY 49 ALLOWANCE OR JUST START FROM SQUARE ONE ALONG WITH MY 29 POINTS FOR EACH DAY AND MY WEEKLY ALLOWANCE.... PLEASE HELP. Also will I lose this week???

If you think you can go the rest of the week without the 49 points then do so, but if that isn't going to be.realistic (no point in setting yourself up for something you can't achieve) then just start again today afresh. Perhaps try to earn some activity points.
